Some watercolour/colour pencil sketches that I worked on during an artist-in-residency last week as part of BiotaNB 2019 in Kennedy Lakes, NB.

A CBC article covering the New Brunswick Museum's BiotaNB 2019 at Kennedy Lakes Protected Natural Area (in central New Brunswick). This is where I am currently working on a new series of paintings as part of an Artist-in-Residency.

I am happy to join with artists at Gallery 78 in Fredericton as part of a group show entitled, Where Blossoming Branches Meet. This show was a celebration of spring 2019.

Last Thursday, the Nature Trust, along with the New Brunswick Museum - Musée du Nouveau-Brunswick, opened the final exhibition of Conservation on Canvas at the Government House, Fredericton. The exhibition showcases 33 of our beautiful and diverse nature preserves seen through the eyes of artist Michael McEwing and is a fantastic example of how artistic expression can be merged with a passion for biodiversity and conservation.

You can view the exhibition during Government House hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Conservation on Canvas is a Sunbury Shores Signature Exhibition from May 11 to June 2, 2018. Opening is Friday, May 11 from 5-7 PM.

Artist Talk May 20 starting at 2 PM.
